| We found a bug that allows duping items using the quantum storage units. | |
| __Versions__ | |
| Quantum Storage Version: 3.2.7 | |
| FTB Infinity Lite: Version 1.0.1 (Server) | |
| __Platform__ | |
| Windows 7 | |
| __Severity__ | |
| Meh, I'd say moderate. Its hard to discover. We found it by chance. It is also somewhat tedious to repeat, but can be done. | |
| __Reproduce__ : If you place a single item in an empty quantum storage unit and quickly remove from the second slot, you can get a full stack of the item. It is not an every time and, but it is pretty easy to do with many blocks. It seems like it will work any item, but I have only tested a handful. | |
| __Notes__ | |
| Items confirmed this works with: | |
| RFTools Elevator | |
| Lapis Blocks | |
| Diamond Blocks | |
| Nether Stars | |
| It seems to be a timing issue due to the fact that the second slot initially shows 64 after placing a single item in the unit. If you can pull out of second slot fast enough, it will give the full 64 blocks. It also seems that if your client/network connection is slower the exploit is easier to achieve. | |
