How to Video Chat

Setting up (for server admins)

Create a new Category
Create a new voice channel
Create a new text channel
Click User Settings > Appearance > Developer Mode, and turn it on
Right click the voice channel, and copy the ID.
In the following link, replace the [PLACEHOLDER] with the ID you just copied

With the newly created link, set the text channel description to be that link
???
Profit.

Using (for end users) (colloquially called "lusers")

Enter the voice channel
Enter the text channel
Click the link that is in the channel description

YouTube TV Magic

Creating a room

Go to youtube.com/tv
In the settings, open the Link with TV code tab
Share the TV code.

Joining a room

On your Android enabled device, open the YouTube app
Open the YouTube settings, and enter Watch on TV
In Link with TV code, click ENTER TV CODE, and enter your TV code.
