Shift photos and video timestamp

AllDates - change photo/video metadata (year:month:day hour:minute:second)
FileModifyDate - change file timestamp
./in - input folder
./out - output folder

exiftool.exe "-AllDates+=4:7:17 12:50:28" "-FileModifyDate+=4:7:17 12:50:28" -o ./out ./in

Calculate timestamp diff value

Via WolframAlpha, example:

2017.01.01‎T09:09:32 to 2021.08.18T22:00:00
