This really barebones "ident" protocol server is intended for use with IRC and works trivially inside a Docker container.

You can obviously modify it to return any ident you want, but it's currently set to "parse" .oidentd.conf (mounted inside the container) as generated by IRC clients such as ZNC.

I've also included an example on how to create an nftables rule to only allow ident queries from IRC servers you first connect to. This means that the ident responder is not usually accessible, but becomes available to IRC servers. Reverse port-knocking of sorts.

Control Flow Guard (CFG/CFGuard) for mingw-w64

Control Flow Guard is a security mitigation that verifies the target address of indirect calls. It works by having the compiler insert a check at indirect call sites to verify the validity of the call target, and also the linker write the necessary data and flags into the PE/COFF image to enable the feature on Windows' end.

Many CEC service (cecd:u and cecd:s) functions are interfaces exposed from the mailbox manager, which read and write the system save. The mailbox manager is essentially a thick layer over direct file IO, which performances data initialization and verification on top of raw system data read/write.
