While Once Human has an basic anticheat (AFAIK), the embedded browser is its own process, which means using cheatengine on it should be safe, but as always, do it at your own risk, i still havent got punished in any way.

Open the game, go to the Discord Link event and click to link then wait until the embedded browser opens and the discord page loads.

Open cheatengine and attach to the process

Change
Value TypetoStringand pastesso.gameyw.easebar.com/social-sso/web/s/in theTextfield then hitFirst Scan.

On the left side you should see some results from the scan, select one of then and hit Ctrl+B.

In the hexviewer (the table with a bunch of things) scroll up a bit and look for an link, something like
https://sso.gameyw.easebar.com/social-sso/web/s/xxxxxxxxxx
In your case the x's will be an code, i believe this code is unique so dont share this link.
- In case you cant find the link, go back to step 4 and try with another result.

Select this link and hit Ctrl+C, paste it into your browser, everything after should be self explanatory.
After that go back to the game and check if the link was successful.
Heyo o/ really appriciate this. i dont know if i just do smth wrong since it cant find anything when i search for that text. is it still possible this way or did they change something? i just cant link my discord with the normal means xD it says its linked my discord but once human never appears under authentificated apps even though i gave the permission. so i wanted to try it this way but cant find any adress with this text search inside the embeed browser process.
