Response: System-State Steering in a Modnet Architecture

Status: ACTIVE — Response to external critique of correct-behavior-analysis.md. Resolves all 7 gaps through existing design, modnet alignment, and targeted extensions. Module architecture evolution (C+D combined, AgentSkills alignment, mechanics-driven dynamics) further strengthens resolutions.

Documents referenced below (e.g., SAFETY.md, CONSTITUTION.md, MODNET-IMPLEMENTATION.md) are internal architecture specifications within the project repository.

Summary

The critique argues that steering enterprise agents is a control-plane problem over system state, not just trajectory evaluation. It identifies seven gaps in the original analysis.
