Use Dynamic DNS (DDNS) with Infomaniak on UDM or UCG

  • Create a new host entry at Infomaniak WebUI with IP 10.0.0.0 (it's easier to see if the update worked)
  • Go to UniFi Network -> Setting -> Internet -> Choose primary -> Advanced Manual -> Dynamic DNS
  • Add a new entry with hostname, username, password, server url (without https://, check below, service anything but not custom)
  • Save settings
  • Go back to Infomaniak WebUI and check if the IP has changed for hostname (this may take 15 seconds or more)

Tested with

  • Cloud Gateway Ultra 4.1.22 with network 9.0.114
  • Dream Machine Pro SE 4.1.22 with network 9.0.114
