Context

Current retrieval architecture decisions cover quality gates, schema/versioning, and API wrapper behavior, but do not yet define an end-to-end contract that simultaneously enforces:

authoritative raw-source truth
immutable identity across alias churn
ACL-first retrieval (including vector search)
