Taking a look at toby's influence and hints through undertale and deltarune

When we look at undertale and deltarune, We come across a few things that I will note here:

  1. Toby is portrayed as a dog in undertale, And it's completely normal in their universe.
  2. Toby has a room for himself.
  3. Toby is the only person that has modern equipement.

Now, About these hints:

Let's say toby lives in the world of deltarune, He's a lightener and he knows about the "other world". The shopkeeper mentions him at the end of deltarune's chapter two by saying "The computer that you found the crystal in, Belonged to a certain lightener", Which is talking about toby (i think). However, There is complying evidence that undertale was a world created by toby, And a lot of help from asriel, Which could be toby's roommate in college.

Still don't believe me? Check asriel's computer in the beginning of chapter two, It will say "It's a folder named AWESOME GAME(or something like that), It seems like it has a giant goat with rainbow wings for the final boss fight, But looks like it never made it out.", Which proves the fact that asriel was indeed helping toby with undertale, And also temmie is an existing character in deltarune, However they are quite young to go to college.

Conclusion

Toby, Asriel and (?)temmie started to work on a game named "undertale", Which is an alternated version of their reality that contains "cooler", alternated characters. However, Afterwards they decide to make a game about having an adventure in their actual world (which is pretty boring), And in the "other world" (which is pretty awesome).
