php artisan serve

Instalando nueva app

composer update
composer install
php artisan key:generate

if you any other problem you can clear cache and config Clear Route cache:
php artisan route:cache

Clear View cache:
php artisan view:clear

Clear Config cache:
php artisan config:cache

php artisan cache:clear
php artisan config:cache
php artisan route:cache
php artisan config:clear
