Should apply the key instantly if not reboot your computer
Q: Can I upgrade my Windows version by applying a different key? A: If you have Windows 10 Home installed and try to upgrade to Pro or Enterprise by activating the appropriate key, it may not work. It is possible as I have done it in the past but had to do a bit of tinkering with it and I am not exactly sure what I did. All other versions besides Home should upgrade just fine.
