These are very rough instructions so I don't forget what worked...

Install the breeze theme and config programs:
```
sudo dnf install plasma-breeze qt5ct qt6ct
```
Add export QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=qt6ct into your ~/.bashrc file
Copy BreezeDark into a kdeglobals file. Otherwise some programs (like Prism Launcher) default to BreezeLight.

cp /usr/share/color-schemes/BreezeDark.colors ~/.config/kdeglobals
