1. Pseudo Listening (False Learning and Long Mental Vacations)
2. Selective Learning (Distrations)
3. Critical Listening (When speaker say something you don't agree with, the rest of time is spent falsifying this person)
Six Solutions:
1. Awareness
2. Be physically and mentally prepared to listen (Eat/Sleep/)
3. Set your goal (Aim for 100%)
4. Sit in front and center (Experts sit in the back)
5. Practice (Dictation helps)
6. Pretend to be fascinated if you have to. (Lazy body posture is sending bad signals, sit like you are the most interested)
