Welcome to Lift & Learn (“App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
- You must be at least 18 years old and be approved to join the community by the founder Elon Packin.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to install and use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Lift & Learn.
- You are responsible for the content you create, upload, record, or share.
- No tolerance for objectionable content or abuse. Prohibited content includes harassment, hate, threats, self‑harm promotion, sexual exploitation, illegal activity, and malicious or deceptive conduct.
- We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
- You can report posts or messages and block users directly in the App.
- We review reports within 24 hours and remove violating content and/or eject offending users when confirmed.
- Blocks hide the blocked user’s content from your view and prevent direct contact.
- The App uses automated filters (e.g., profanity/banned-terms checks) and human review. Automated systems are not perfect; please report anything harmful you see.
- Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it (e.g., account info, device data, content you upload).
- By using the App, you consent to the processing of your data as described there.
- Content is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice.
- Consult a physician before starting or changing any exercise or nutrition program.
- Stop using the App and seek medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
You agree not to:
- Upload viruses, malware, or attempt to disrupt the App.
- Circumvent security, scrape data, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the App while violating applicable laws or third‑party rights.
- You retain ownership of your UGC. By posting, you grant Lift & Learn a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, display, and distribute your UGC within the App to operate and improve the service.
- Lift & Learn trademarks, code, and content are our property and may not be used without permission.
- Fees, renewal terms, and cancellation details are presented at purchase. Apple/Google may manage billing; their terms apply.
- Except where required by law, payments are non‑refundable.
- You may stop using the App at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access for EULA or policy violations, harmful behavior, or legal reasons.
- Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the App.
- The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lift & Learn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss related to UGC or third‑party actions.
You agree to indemnify and hold Lift & Learn harmless from claims arising out of your UGC, your use of the App, or your violation of this EULA.
We may update this EULA. Material changes will be communicated in‑app or via email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
- Governed by the laws of the State of California, USA (excluding conflict of laws principles).
- Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless local law requires otherwise.
