サイズがあまりに大きくなってしまったので、gist ではなくて github 上で管理するようにしました。

URL 変わっちゃうの申し訳ないんだけど、一覧性が高くなるのと pull req が受け取れるメリットのほうを取ります。せっかく読みにきてくれたのにひと手間かかっちゃってすみません。
