Hi, when using your gcode HMS reports "The sensitivity of Y-axis eddy current sensor is too low." Any idea why this happens?. When going back to stock gcode there is no error.
I have the same issue. I thought my A1mini needed cleaning, but it did not solve it. After researching I think the problem may be this line :
M970.3 Q1 A7 B30 C80 H12 K0 O2. ; v1.3.3
M970.3 Q1 A7 K0 O2 ; Bambu version
Explanation
The values B30 C80 H12 suggest a frequency sweep from 30-80 Hz with 12 measurement points. This is reasonably aggressive and requires good sensor readings. If your plate isn't perfectly seated or the sensors are slightly dirty, this test will fail.
Will try modifying this line with the original Tomorrow and report back.
I tested with the Bambu original line, and the error persists.

My version is without AMS and sound. I have done many prints with it without default. There is still an error message on the printer, same for the version with AMS and sound.

@tanishqmanuja @maniq2 @Otto-luke I'm getting the same warning, and it is definitely part of the fast vibration check. The default checks are longer and louder, but they cover a lot more bands. I'm going to update the script to remove the quick check for now until I can test it more with the various bands. Thanks again for the reports!
@tanishqmanuja @maniq2 @Otto-luke The vibration check has been disabled in the latest 1.3.4 version. Run the built-in maintenance mode calibration to reset the warning before running a print. Sorry that I didn't catch the issue sooner!
I've started using two different startup sounds to differentiate 0.2 and 0.4mm nozzles. This has been suprisingly helpful in avoiding accidently using the wrong printer profiles. If you're a millenial, I use the version in this gist for 0.4mm and this for 0.2mm nozzles (replace lines 35-120 in the gist):

Only difference is the sound played or something else also, I am HP fan, I want the sound for my 0.4mm 😅
v1.3.4 disables the vibration check that is triggering the Y-axis warning. If you still have the eddy current warning after auto calibration, try power cycling the printer.
I'm testing out some alternatives for the vibration testing, because the benefits to VFAs are nice. I wish I could add a toggle in the interface that allows you to toggle full vibration calibration, like we do with bed leveling and flow dynamics.

Hi, when using your gcode HMS reports "The sensitivity of Y-axis eddy current sensor is too low." Any idea why this happens?. When going back to stock gcode there is no error.
