| Tapper is a personal voice agent application developed by Charlie Knudsen. This policy describes how the app collects, uses, and handles your information. | |
| ## Information We Collect | |
| ### Audio Data | |
| Tapper uses your device's microphone to enable voice conversations with the AI assistant. Audio is streamed in real-time to our servers for speech-to-text processing and is not stored after the conversation ends. | |
| ### Conversation Data | |
| Text messages and conversation history are stored on our servers to provide continuity between sessions. This data is associated with your user account. | |
| ### Device Information | |
| Basic device information (OS version, device model) may be collected for debugging and improving the service. | |
| ## How We Use Your Information | |
| - **Audio**: Processed in real-time for speech recognition via Google Cloud Speech-to-Text. Audio is not retained after processing. | |
| - **Conversations**: Stored to provide conversation history and improve the assistant experience. | |
| - **Device info**: Used solely for debugging and service reliability. | |
| ## Third-Party Services | |
| Tapper uses the following third-party services to operate: | |
| - **Google Cloud Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech**: For voice processing | |
| - **Fireworks AI**: For language model processing | |
| - **LiveKit**: For real-time audio/data transport | |

| You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below. | |

| Tapper is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. | |
