Chronos: The Year in Dots is a browser extension that visualizes the current year as a grid of dots. Your privacy is important to us.
We collect zero data. This extension:
- ❌ Does NOT collect any personal information
- ❌ Does NOT track your browsing history
- ❌ Does NOT store any user data
- ❌ Does NOT use cookies
- ❌ Does NOT send data to external servers

The extension runs entirely locally in your browser:
- Calculates the current day of the year using your device's date
- Displays a visual grid of dots representing the year
- Uses the browser's alarms API to update the display at midnight
- All calculations happen on your device—nothing is transmitted
Alarms: Used to schedule automatic daily updates at midnight to keep the visualization accurate. No data is collected or transmitted through this permission.

TL;DR: This extension runs 100% locally in your browser. We see nothing, store nothing, and track nothing. Your privacy is completely protected.
