Proposal for inclusion of Erasure Codes into the Swarm client.

This is a proposal to include an m-of-n Cauchy-Reed-Solomon erasure code into the swarm trie.

Erasure coding can increase file availability security by many orders of magnitude more than simply storing multiple copies can.
