We're seeking a passionate Senior Django Developer to own and drive the backend development of India's most beloved creator economy platform. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies including AI integration, modern DevOps practices, and scalable architecture patterns to serve our rapidly growing community of creators and learners.

- Own the backend development and architecture decisions for Topmate.io's core platform
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Django applications serving thousands of daily active users
- Build robust APIs for web applications with focus on performance and reliability
- Implement complex business logic for creator monetization, booking systems, payment processing, and content delivery
- Optimize database queries and application performance for high-traffic scenarios
- Integrate cutting-edge AI technologies including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for enhanced creator-learner matching
- Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for seamless AI model integration
- Work with LLMs and AI APIs to build intelligent features like content recommendations, automated scheduling, and personalized learning paths
- Stay updated with latest AI/ML developments and identify opportunities for platform enhancement
- Collaborate on Kubernetes-based deployment and orchestration of microservices
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Work with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana for system observability
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of production systems
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response procedures
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Django and Python development
- Strong understanding of Django ORM, REST Framework, and async capabilities
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL/MySQL and database optimization techniques
- Experience with Redis, Celery, and distributed task processing
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and clean architecture principles
- Familiarity with AI technologies including RAG systems, vector databases, and LLM integration
- Understanding of MCP servers and modern AI API integration patterns
- Experience with AI/ML model deployment and serving
- Knowledge of semantic search, embeddings, and natural language processing concepts
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and infrastructure as code
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with payment gateway integrations (Stripe, Razorpay)
- Understanding of security best practices and data protection
- Experience with testing frameworks and test-driven development
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
