Guiding Questions to Define The Relationship: What are each of our learning goals for this project? What drives us in this project? Sam: Working with other people. Djavan: Continue improving with Testing. Learn Redux.

What is your collaboration style? How do you feel about pair programming vs. divide-and-conquer approaches? Djavan: Pair programming. Sam: Pair programming.

How do you communicate best? How do you appreciate receiving communication from others? Djavan: All communication is good communication. Sam: Honest and frequent communication. Fine with slack but prefers in person.

How would you describe your work style? Sam: Work hard. Djavan: Work hard.

What are each of our strengths? How can our strengths complement each other? Sam: React setup, testing, and overall design, and honest communication. Djavan: Backend Frontend Web Development.

What’s gone well or poorly in your previous projects? Sam: Sam has had an interesting history. Poor communication has lead to team not working well together. Wants to make this a focus going forward. Djavan: I feel like my projects have gone how well but I feel like I can improve on overall workflow with teammates.

How will we set direction and make decisions as a team? Sam: Sam is Batman. Djavan: I am Robin.

How will we overcome obstacles? Sam: Together! Djavan: Together! ( and ask for help when needed )

What do you need (resources, environment, communication) to do your best work? Sam: Needs Sunday off to go rock climbing. Time for self care. Proper communication, so that we can ensure that we are both learning at the same time. Djavan: I need guidance with CSS.

What scheduling restraints do you have? What are your scheduling preferences? Sam: Sunday for rock climbing. Anytime after school. Wants to leave mornings open for reviewing class topics. Djavan: Same as Sam.

What is your style for giving feedback? Does anything ever hold you back from giving feedback? Sam: Directly when you are comfortable. Djavan: Respectful communication.

What tools do you want to use to manage the project? Github Projects.

How do you want the group to solve problems when members run into issues with features of the project? Working it out together (pair programming).

How do you know if a project is successful? How can we achieve that as a group? I think wireframing helped a lot. We will use it as a measure as we hit our goals.

How will we recognize each other's successes and celebrate them? Constant communication and feedback through the project lifecycle.
