Project: Foto Finder

Group Member Names:

  • Dave Weinstock
  • Juan Diego Jimenez

Project Expectations:

  • Juan: Improve CSS skills
  • Dave: Imporve practical use of JS objects

Goals and expectations:

  • Complete through phase 3 and at least one extension
  • Be completely finished by Wed evening

Team strengths:

  • Juan: JavaScript SKilLzZ
  • Dave: CSS layout SKilLzZ

How to overcome obstacles:

  • Spend 30-60 mins researching/troubleshooting the issue, after 60 mins ask partner or other resource for help

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually?):

  • Everyday after class, using screenhero remoately if necessary

Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?):

  • Slack DMs, Screenhero, in-person. Constant communication while in-person. Timely responses (within 15 mins) using digital communication.

Abilities Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement):

  • Juan: Strong in JavaScript, looking to improve in CSS
  • Dave: Strong in CSS, looking to improve in JavaScript

Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?):

  • We will share the responsability for all major features. Smaller details of some features can be worked on by just one of us.

Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests):

  • alternate github accounts for pushes to the master branch. each feature of the app will be worked on in its own branch and merged into master upon completion.

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:

  • Open to give and receive constructive criticism and feedback about your own code.
