jQuery UI slider for dynamic content

When you need a jQuery UI slider that adapts it's slide handle according to dynamic content, there is an issue related to setting the slider's handle size. This is a workaround that fixes the issue. Proposal to support multiple curies for links

value - the value or values that will expand to curie template by position, optional, defaults to link name
