Automate DrupalConsole release process

This script run the following tasks on multiple repos from the CLI.

  • Creates a new tag.
  • Push new created tag.
  • Create a new release.
  • Build the phar file. (only for drupal-console-launcher)
  • Upload the phar file (only for drupal-console-launcher)
