add google with japan region resutls

Go to Settings > Search engine > Manage search engines.

Click "Add" under Site search.

Fill it out like this: Name: Google Japan Result Shortcut : :gj (or whatever you like) URL : https://www.google.com/search?q=%s&hl=ja&gl=jp&pws=0
