Week 1 Meal Plan (Starting Sunday)

A structured ruminant rotation with predictable digestion and clear cut guidance.

Breakfast (Daily)

0.75–1 lb ground beef, 1–2 eggs.

Lunch Rules

Normal days → 1 lb ground beef or listed cut, 1 egg
Workout days → 1.25 lb meat, 2 eggs (Mon/Wed/Fri)
