Contributor License Agreement

Thank you for your interest in contributing to LaceModelica ("Project"), maintained by YACODA.

By submitting a pull request or otherwise contributing to this Project, you agree to the following terms.

1. Definitions

• "Contribution" means any code, documentation, or other original work of authorship you submit to the Project.
• "You" (or "Your") means the individual or legal entity making the Contribution. If your employer has rights to intellectual property you create, you represent that you have received permission to make
  Contributions on behalf of that employer, or that your employer has waived such rights.

2. Grant of Copyright License

You hereby grant to YACODA and to recipients of software distributed by YACODA a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display,
publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.

3. Ownership

You retain all right, title, and interest in and to Your Contributions. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of Your intellectual property to YACODA.

4. Representations

You represent that:

• You are legally entitled to grant the above license.
• Each of Your Contributions is Your original creation or You have sufficient rights to submit it under this Agreement.
• Your Contribution does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• If You are an individual employed by another, You have obtained necessary permissions from Your employer to make Contributions.

5. No Support Obligation

You are not expected to provide support for Your Contributions, except to the extent You desire to provide support.

6. Agreement

By submitting a Contribution, You indicate Your acceptance of this Agreement.
