install virtualbox, vagrant
./import-vagrant-box.sh
vagrant up
nomad ui: http://localhost:4646
vagrant ssh vm1
cd /vagrant/bin
fix unix permissions chmod +x *.sh ipfs testlab-vm
testlab-vm start test-3-gateway.json
