Project:
Group Member Names: James Sullivan, Jason Lucas
Project Expectations: What does each group member hope to get out of this project?
I would like to focus on JavaScript and my fundamental understanding of it. I would also like to come away with an understanding of using git for collaberation. Also, I would like to better understand collaberative programming in practice.
Goals and expectations:
I want to get to phase three with a solid understanding of my code and implimentation.
Team strengths:
I may lack a vast, working knowledge of JS at this time. But I am driven to learn and will dfinitely put in the effort.
I communicate well, which should facilitate a better pairing dynamic.
How to overcome obstacles:
We must be willing to put in the time. Google and classmates are great resources.
Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually?):
We want to do one phase per day, Monday through Thursday, immediately after classes.
Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?):
We plan on doing most of the programming together. All push and pull requests will be communicated beforehand. Any changes to the code will be vocalized as well.
Abilities Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement):
We are both comforatble in CSS and HTML. JavaScript will be an area for improvement.
Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?):
We plan on doing a driver navigator setup.
Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests):
We plan on pairing navigator driver and puing pong style. All github changes and code changes will be discussed beforehand.
Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:
We expect courteous and direct feedback.
Agenda to discuss project launch: We plan on wireframing everything beforehand and writing psuedocode.
Ideas: Wireframing, psuedocode.
Tools: 'ibid'
Additional Notes: We are excited to do this project.
