These terms apply to a personal SMS scheduling tool built and operated by an individual for private family use only.
Family Scheduler is a personal SMS-based appointment reminder tool. It allows the account owner and registered family members to create, view, and receive reminders for personal appointments and events.
This is a private, invitation-only service. Only immediate family members personally invited by the account owner may register and use this service.
Users opt in by texting REGISTER [FirstName] to the service phone number. By doing so, users consent to receive appointment reminders and schedule confirmations.
Message frequency varies based on the number of appointments scheduled. Typically 1–5 messages per day per user.
Msg & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance. For direct support, contact the account owner.

The account owner may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
