Install ruby with rbenv and jemalloc on ubuntu

	sudo apt-get update
	sudo apt-get install libjemalloc-dev
	RUBY_CONFIGURE_OPTS='--with-jemalloc' rbenv install 2.6.3

	MALLOC_CONF=invalid_flag:foo ruby -v
