The RIAEvangelist/node-ipc module contains protestware peacenotwar.

Excerpt from RIAEvangelist/node-ipc:

as of v11.0.0 & v9.2.2 this module uses the peacenotwar module.

open up tdesktop (ie the Telegram desktop client)
go to your favorite group
export all messages as json -- you can skip all media
head to wherever tdesktop downloaded it to -- maybe Downloads/ChatExport_yyyy-mm-dd/
run generate.py there
optionally: weep a little

Install Xcode (Avaliable on the Mac App Store)
Install Xcode Command Line Tools (Preferences > Downloads)
Install depot_tools
- $ git clone https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/tools/depot_tools.git
- $ nano ~/.zshrc
- Add path=('/path/to/depot_tools' $path)
