After reflection and noting that Alex PromoTeam has acknowledged my post on governance approach, I'm closing this conduct review. While the review has been public for a week with limited engagement, I believe it has served its purpose in highlighting important governance considerations.

I've tried to be flexible and considerate of circumstances:

• On 11th October 2025, I withdrew a request for a mediation process for Tommi Enenkel @alice_und_bob (Rank III) when his posts were removed and because sentiment was bottoming at that time due to market volatility that had overshadowed the potential benefits of any mediation, which wasn't the case when I originally proposed the process.

This research examines AI Agent delegate participation in Polkadot OpenGov through systematic analysis of two governance proposals designed to establish accountability standards for AI Agent delegates. The study documents response patterns, governance system tensions, and implementation progress toward practical solutions, highlighting the need for ecosystem protection and community engagement with implementation efforts. Notably, the research reveals a concerning accountability disparity where AI Agent delegates classified as "DV Guardians" (as announced in Decentralized Voices (DV) Cohort 5) effectively receive a governance "hall pass" that exempts them from the two-strike rule and participation requirements that apply to regular delegates, despite wielding significant voting power delegated from the Web3 Foundation (W3F).

I prepared a risk analysis that identifies significant governance, legal, and privacy concerns with the proposed on-chain implementation of the Ambassador Fellowship. This executive summary outlines these risks and highlights critical questions that should be addressed before implementation.

The purpose of this risk assessment is twofold: 1) Polkadot OpenGov Pull Request #736 implements only a simplified subset of the full Ambassador Fellowship Manifesto previously approved by OpenGov, potentially requiring new approval; and 2) the Polkadot Ambassador Fellowship Governance Extension Pallet I've developed implements critical manifesto components missing from PR #736, but requires proper governance foundations to be effective. Addressing these concerns before implementation would:
