launchctl load -w ~/Library/LaunchAgents/homebrew.mxcl.mongodb.plist
# Mongo might be named differently, try this
cp /usr/local/Cellar/mongodb**/**/*plist ~/Library/LaunchAgents/
launchctl load -w ~/Library/LaunchAgents/*mongo*plist
