refresh windows time clock sync

Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Task scheduler
left is an folder tree, expand: Task scheduler library > Microsoft > Windows > Time synchonization
right click the task: SynchronizeTime > properties
On the tab: Triggers you can add the triggers you want.
