How to Export Your SubmitHub Data

Step 1: Go to Activity Page

Navigate to: https://submithub.com/activity

Step 2: Click on Activity Tab

Click the "ACTIVITY" tab (between "SONGS" and "MY ARTISTS")

Step 3: Export CSV

Click the "CSV ↓" button in the top right area

Step 4: Download

Your browser will download a CSV file containing all your submission data including:

  • Song names
  • Curator/outlet information
  • Actions (listen, approved, declined, shared)
  • Feedback
  • Timestamps
  • Listen times

What's in the CSV?

The export contains columns like:

  • Song - Track name
  • Outlet - Curator name
  • Outlet type - Spotify Playlister, Blog, YouTube Channel
  • Outlet country - Geographic location
  • Action - listen, approved, declined, saved, shared
  • Action timestamp - When the action occurred
  • Feedback - Curator's written feedback
  • Listen time (seconds) - How long they listened
