| 125g | Butter |
| 400g | Sugar |
| 400g | Wheat flour |
| 4 tsp. | Cinnamon |
| 2 tsp. | Natron (You can get it in Rewe in a bag) |
| 5 dl. | Buttermilch |
The Natron reacts with the Buttermilch and makes the cake rise when baked.
| 50g | Butter |
| 250g | Powdered sugar |
| 2 tsp. | Vanilla sugar |
| 1 tbsp. | Cacao powder |
| 4 tbsp. | Brewed coffee |
Melt the butter and mix it together with the sugar in a bowl. Mix in the buttermilch. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix it well. Put the dough in a 23x33 cm cake form and bake in a normal oven at 200 C for 30 minutes.
While the cake is cooling off mix the icing by heating butter in a pot and mix in the other ingredients while on a low heat. Put icing on the cake!!
Eat it!
