Disable Samsung Smart TV dimming

Enter service menu

Press the following keys on the remote:

  1. Info
  2. Settings
  3. Mute
  4. Power

Activate advanced menu

  1. Go to SVC
  2. Go to Other Setting
  3. Go to CAL Data Restore
  4. Ignore USB message
  5. Go back to main menu

Activate advanced image settings

  1. Highlight Advanced (don't enter the menu)
  2. Press 0000 (4 times 0)

Disable dimming

  1. Go to Picture_2D
  2. Go to SubSetting
  3. Adjust PWM_INI_2D and PWM_MOVIE_INI to 100
  4. Reboot TV
