Yunoza App — Privacy Policy

1. General Information

Yunoza is a personal finance app designed to help people manage their money in a calm, mindful, and private way.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the app may collect, how it is used, and what choices users have.

2. Information We DO NOT Collect

Yunoza follows a privacy-first philosophy. Therefore:

  • No user registration is required
  • No personally identifiable information is collected
  • No personal financial data is stored on external servers
  • No advertising is used
  • No data is sold to third parties
  • The app does not access contacts, photos, or precise location

Most information remains stored only on the user's device.


3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Yunoza stores the following information locally:

  • Expense and income records
  • Custom categories
  • User notes
  • App preferences and settings
  • Reminder preferences
  • Backup files created by the user

This information is never transmitted to external servers.


4. Device Permissions

Yunoza may request certain permissions required for app functionality:

Notifications

Used to send reminders configured by the user, such as daily expense reviews or monthly financial reflections.

File and Storage Access

Used to allow users to export and import manual backup copies of their data.

Permissions are only used for the purposes described above.


5. Voluntary Donations

Yunoza may include external links that allow users to support the project through voluntary donations using Buy Me a Coffee.

If a user chooses to donate:

  • They will be redirected to an external website
  • Yunoza does not process payments directly
  • Yunoza does not store financial information
  • Transactions are subject to Buy Me a Coffee’s own Privacy Policy

6. Analytics

To improve stability and user experience, Yunoza may collect anonymous usage data through analytics tools.

This data may include:

  • Device type
  • Operating system version
  • General app interaction events
  • Screens visited
  • Approximate country or region (not precise location)

This information is anonymous and cannot identify users personally.


7. Crash Reports

Yunoza uses third-party services such as Firebase Crashlytics to detect technical issues and improve app reliability.

In case of a crash, the following technical information may be collected automatically:

  • Device technical information
  • Operating system version
  • App version
  • App state at the moment of the crash
  • Technical logs related to the error

No personal or financial information is included in crash reports.


8. Third-Party Services

Yunoza may integrate third-party services that operate under their own privacy policies:

  • Buy Me a Coffee (voluntary donations)
  • Firebase Analytics (anonymous analytics)
  • Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)

Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of these services.


9. Security

All financial information entered into Yunoza remains stored locally on the user's device.

Security depends on the protection measures of the user’s device.

Yunoza does not transmit financial data to external servers.


10. User Rights

Users may at any time:

  • Delete app data by uninstalling the app
  • Remove stored data from within app settings
  • Deny optional permissions
  • Disable notifications

11. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect app improvements or legal requirements.

Users are encouraged to review it periodically.
