How to run imageproxy

Install go if you haven't so far
- Mac (homewbrew): brew install go
- Ubuntu: sudo apt-get install golang-go
- Other: https://golang.org/doc/install#install
Install imageproxy
- Using standalone installation:
  - go get willnorris.com/go/imageproxy/cmd/imageproxy
