La prevención del uso de drogas es un esfuerzo continuo que busca evitar el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas, especialmente en jóvenes. Esta prevención se basa en la educación, el fortalecimiento familiar, el desarrollo de habilidades personales y el apoyo comunitario. Una comunidad informada es una comunidad más fuerte.
¿Qué son las drogas?
Las drogas son sustancias que pueden modificar el funcionamiento del organismo al ser consumidas. Algunas tienen aplicaciones médicas, pero otras son ilegales o peligrosas cuando se usan sin control.
Ejemplos: Alcohol, tabaco, cannabis, cocaína, medicamentos psicotrópicos, entre otros.
Medidas Clave para la Prevención
- Educación Temprana
Proveer información clara y basada en evidencia sobre los riesgos del consumo de drogas desde la infancia. - Fortalecimiento Familiar
Crear entornos familiares estables, afectivos y comunicativos que brinden apoyo emocional. - Actividades Saludables
Fomentar la participación en deportes, artes y voluntariado para fortalecer el sentido de pertenencia y autoestima. - Habilidades para la Vida
Desarrollar capacidades para enfrentar la presión social, tomar decisiones y resolver conflictos.
Consejos para Padres y Educadores
• Escucha activa y comunicación diaria con los jóvenes.
• Establece normas claras y coherentes.
• Supervisa las amistades y el entorno.
• Infórmate sobre señales de alerta y busca ayuda profesional si es necesario.

Niektórzy czytając to przekonani są ze to tylko dobry scenariusz na telenowele, a to niestety przykre doświadczenia ogólny ból porzucenia, doznanej krzywdy blokuje tak bardzo że mimo świadomości i prawdzie poddajemy się
