With reguards to there being less than 12 issues:

we can only assume that the 3 dots in "(or two...)" mean "(or N)" so in that case not much of an issue as the proposer kind of transparent with not providing regular weekly news updates. A critique of this would be paying to have the newspaper delivered, the first week you recieve it on time, then nothing for N weeks and suddenly a pile of newspapers on your doorstep.

I mean i miscounted 242-245 at a glance as being 3 issues with my fingers but its actually 4 as 242 is one (maths). The first double payment is confirmed in the payout request "225-229 (5 in total.)" ... "229-233 (5 in total.)" and so on and so forth.

Unrelated: https://www.revuo-xmr.com/periodicals/ appears to be unmaintained (last issue 2020 year in review)
