My strenghts include responsibility, relator, restorative, learner and strategic. I do believe my strengths have pushed me in a postiive direction inorder to overcome adversity.
How have you grown at Turing? What obstacles have you overcome?
my growth of at Turing has consisted mainly of stepping outside of my box and earning to become uncomfortable in a new channel.
What turning points led you to make this career change? Major life changing events fueled a desire to change. Also after 6000+ days in the automotive industry I could honestly say I had enough and wanted to seek out a more creative avenue to explore
What does your third act look like? How does transitioning to this career bring some closure to this narrative arc?
the story does not end but begins, with new skills and drive I feel like the next chapter has yet to be written.
Describe causality -- what made you want to make this career change? How is it grounded in your character?
Leaving all I had know for so long I have forced myself to change and to grow and to learn new challenging things.
