| * What are you doing well as a pair programmer and collaborator? How do you use your strengths as a team member? I believe my best key strengths as a collaborator would be Responsibility and Learner. Responsibility in the sense that I believe in finishing the tasks I set out to do. With Learner I believe I have a genuine appreciation for the learning process. I do enjoy more figuring out how to make things work than I do seeing the end result. | |
| * How would you like to continue to develop your strengths? Through collaborative efforts with others I would like to get more feed back from those who I work with on how they see me as a partner and identify with my strengths | |
| * What would you like to improve on as a teammate? I would like to be more open to others input. In the past I am not certain that I truly has appreciated what others had to say both good and not so good. I think listening to others input would help me solidify my strengths and be a better teammate. | |
| * How would you like your teammates to see you? i would hope they see me in a positive regard even when things do not go as planned. I hope they would be able to see the successes through combined strengths. |
