 * The people I would most like to work with would be creative types.  I would most enjoy to be surroundedby those who enjoy Art and Music and have a passion for design and how it pertains to web development.

 ## Most Valued Knowledges? Fields of Interest
 * I value my previous education in graphic design and how it influences me now.  
 * Main interest and focus is on UI/ UX.  I would much rather indulge in this area and grow from a designer perspective than try to work through heavy logcal problmes.
 * My history and interest for fine art and music is also a driving force.  Since I do have a passion for these areas i would like to find a position within these areas.

 ## My Values and Goals
 * I value constructive criticism of my work.  I appreciate the opinions of others who are more seasoned that can help me grow. 
 * I value a team environment where everyone is helping eachother to succeed.
 * Goals would increased professional development with the progression of projects, working my way up to much more complex scenarios.

 ## My Favored Working Conditions
 * Smaller Office/ Studio Setting
 * Preferably a more industrial/ open setting with natural light. 
 * Quiet with limited distractions (i.e. not a busy office/ cubicle filled room)
 * Ability to work remote


 ## Preferred Places to Live
 * I would like to stay in Colorado, ideally Denver or Summit County.
 * California, Utah or Pacific Northwest.  Near Mountains

 ## Preferred Pay and Level of Responsibility
 *To enter the field as a junior developer/ designer I would want to put my main focus on developing my skillset more through working projects.  That being said I would want my level of responsibility to be delegated to me from a senuor developer or project mangager, in turn also monitoring my progress.  I would expect my compensation to be reflected in this way and be closer to industry/ regional standard.
