| * How did you prepare for the conversation? Made notes of key points that were both challenging and rewarding to discuss with Jason. Also made notes on the project eval and the responses that we had received from Mike L. | |
| * How did the conversation go for you? What was easy about the conversation? What was more difficult? Over all the conversation went very well. Jason and I have known each other for some time which made discusiing everything including the challenging topics extremely easy. Listening to his feed back on how I and we both performed was excellent. I feel as though feed back from him is more valuable to me than that of others because I know that it is genuine and sincere. | |
| * What principles of feedback did you use in the conversation? I mainly used Appreciation and Coaching in my feed back to Jason. I let him know how much I appreciated his efforts as well as the help that he gave me when working through the project. I offered up advice on how things worked well for me as we paired together and showed him that value behind it so he knows moving forward what he has to offer and work on with others | |
