| This mod we had two exclusively paired projects. The first Game Time and the second was Weatherly. Implementation of Agile practices on these projects were not necessarily "Text Book" per say. Since the lecture on such practices was given after game time the cycle was not followed as closely. I would say the pairing with Margo on Weatherly we did define and identify certain tasks to complete on a regular basis using waffle and planning the day. It gave us a much better jumping poin to tackle the project. Moving forward in future pairing, I will build off my experience with game time and and use the tools that worked well and implement other methods outlined in Agile practices. |
