Simple guide to download YouTube videos on YTDLnis with translated title

Download & install YTDLnis
Open YTDLnis, go to More > Command Templates > New template, fill with :
- Title: translated title
- Command: --extractor-args "youtube:lang=en", replace en with your language code
- enable Extra Command
- tap Create
Go to More > Settings > Downloads, enable Quick Download
Go to More tab > Settings > Processing, scroll to bottom, enable Add Extra Commands
Download YouTube video, enjoy..

note: Look at the actual file in file explorer. The history item is irrelevant.
