Norms!

  • Have a sense of humor (don’t take yourself too seriously and help create a fun environment).

    • This includes when you are rejected from a job or ghosted from a networking contact

  • Remember that banter increases camaraderie and morale (talk about non-Turing things and staylighthearted).

  • Reach out to each other so we don’t feel isolated (weekend check-ins for school and wellness).

  • Stella is available for venting and sharing feelings

  • "Gas each other up" (Cheerleading)
