Process	Organization! We've made great progress and got a large portion of the MVP done. Mostly really solid communication for PRs. Everyone is working really hard.	Planning of tasks and communicating what everyone is working on could be improved. We may have wasted some time because people were working on redundant tasks. Utilizing github for communication could be better. Specifically, we could be using "request changes" in a PR review in order to better communicate changes.	Sage wishes she had reached out to Dione sooner about OAuth problems and feels she has wasted a lot of time of it. Jack: making assumptions about what our API is going to return which would have been helpful for building out database table for obituaries. Stella: not clear on what functionality I could be building because project management was not utilized 100%, and also I haven't been specific enough during Stand Ups to walk away with a clear idea of what to be building. Eric: Take more time to check the work that he puts out and put out more work in the first place.	Sage's efforts at timeboxing are really smart. Stella's organizational efforts are appreciated (+10 ^ 2). Sage's positivity and perseverence is much appreciated, and demonstrates that she is a great teammate to have. Eric asked about whether people were comfortable being referred to collectively as "guys" and was really receptive to feedback about it. Also appreciate simply the fact that he brought it up and asked about it. Glad that Jack was upfront about his schedule and has been really communicative about it throughout the project. Eric's willingness to work anything that needs to be done. Jack's willingness to pair and communicate has been joyful and helpful.
Communication	Positivity in general has been really solid from the whole group. It makes it easier to look forward to stand ups and communicating with each other. Thorough code reviews was a priority and everyone has done a great job committing to that effort. Also, people have taken code review feedback and made changes and the collaboration has resulted in really strong code base. Getting started with the StandUp document has been really helpful.	Notifications for PRs and checking for open PRs could be better. Notification messages in slack are helpful, but maybe could learn how to customize notifications in github. Stella: communicate better when I have run out of things to do and requesting some feedback on what would be helpful. Sage: would like to communicate better, especially if there was a plan to collaborate with someone else and something got in the way.	Jack: could have been better about updating cards and project board to communicate with teammates.
Other		Taking ownership of a piece of functionality, and even though there is a lot going on, making sure to see that through and finish PR/merge before moving on to something else.
